In the future, Hongji (Suzhou) Automotive Parts Co., Ltd will continue to follow the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and CNAS-CL01 Guidelines for the Accreditation of the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and make use of the quality policy, quality objectives, supervisory audits and data analyses to continually improve and validate the effectiveness of the quality management system, and to continuously improve the qualification and competence.
Established in August 2021 (relocated to Taicang from Shanghai Hongji Metal Products Co., Ltd.), Hongji(Suzhou) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Laboratory is mainly responsible for the performance testing of metal materials such as fasteners and other raw materials produced in-house, as well as the testing of iron and steel materials and their products such as raw materials.
Currently the laboratory covers an area of about 350 square meters, the laboratory includes mechanics room, physical and chemical room 1, physical and chemical room 2, salt spray room, sample making room and so on.
The laboratory is equipped with a variety of instruments and equipment, including Schatz coefficient of friction tester, Atles/MC911 analog assembly tightening machine, Fischerscop X-ray thickness gauge, cleanliness testing equipment, Oxford Oxford direct reading spectrometer, universal testing machine, ZEISS three-coordinate instrument, salt spray tester, cyclic salt spray tester, hardness tester, image measuring instrument, etc., which can cover the whole process from incoming materials to finished products. It can cover all the performance tests from incoming materials to finished products, which not only ensures that the product quality meets the requirements of customers, but also provides a large amount of effective experimental data for the company's continuous development and research.
The laboratory follows the policy of "science, fairness, accuracy and satisfaction", and constantly improves and strengthens the quality service by virtue of advanced hardware equipment, high management level, excellent team quality, standardized on-site operation, and efficient execution.
