The class of 2024 "Hongyan Sheng" successfully completed the training and started a new chapter in their life!

In the middle of summer, Hongji Group ushered in the training week of 2024 class "Hongyan Sheng". In Hongji, the management trainee program is a " key project", from the chairman of the group, to the vice president of the group and the vice president of the operation of the two business segments, as well as the heads of the functional departments and the factory directors, all of them devote their attention to the group of "Hongyan Sheng".

In the first week of July, they saw the rainbow after the pouring rain, visited the factory in the scorching sun, silently accumulated strength in the sharing of the former role models, and jointly created the team vision and landing program belonging to the 2024 class "Hongyan Sheng" in their thinking, and we witnessed their leap from students to workers together. At this point, the one-week intensive training ended warmly and satisfactorily, and the new colleagues were about to start their rotation journey and their career in Hongji officially started.

PART 1

Speech from the Chairman and senior management of the Group, giving direction to "Hongyan Sheng"

Group Chairman - Xie Xiangjun: Opportunity is the greatest incentive

Mr. Xie Xiangjun said in his speech:

  • In Hongji, don't be afraid to make mistakes, the company is very tolerant to new employees. Whether new colleagues are deeply involved in technology in the future or hope to become outstanding managers, they should learn to think deeply and ask questions.
  • New colleagues should also remember, do not feel that in doing must be a great big thing, most of the time we need to go to great lengths to do some small things, common things. At the same time, we should look long term, grasp every opportunity to rotate and exercise, bend down and be quiet, down-to-earth, in order to succeed.

Mr. Luo Xiaojun, Vice General Manager of the Group, and Mr. Yang Lihui, Vice General Manager of Cold Heading Operations, both expressed their high hopes for the new colleagues and provided valuable suggestions for their career development.

Mr. Luo gave the three key words "goal, pragmatic and initiative" to "Hongyan students", he pointed out that students need to set clear career goals to guide the way forward, pragmatic work attitude will help them to learn and grow in the actual work, and initiative is the key to success in the workplace. The key to success in the workplace is to take the initiative. Through the guidance of goals, pragmatic actions and proactive exploration, they will be able to better adapt to the needs of the organization and achieve the common development of both individuals and the organization.

Mr. Yang, on the other hand, emphasized that Hongji is a platform worth striving for and encouraged the new colleagues to plough into the industry and improve themselves through technical drilling. As a senior with 38 years of experience in the fastener industry, he emphasized the importance of internship in the production line. Only after facing a lot of problems in the production site can we understand how to improve technically in the future. Mr. Yang also shared the specific method of how to learn during the internship period, reminding the new colleagues that this is a rare opportunity in their careers and must be grasped.

 

PART 2

"Hongyan Sheng's first plant tour, professionalism comes first

During this training week, "Hongyan Sheng" also visited three factories located in Taicang, Dafeng and Yancheng to have a visual understanding of the company's products, process flow and operation of each plant.

In Taicang Plant, Plant Manager Yan Xuefeng introduced the company's leading position in the fastener industry, emphasized the importance of advanced automation for the production process, and encouraged the new employees to practice in order to achieve true knowledge.

In Dafeng plant, Jiang Haifeng, vice general manager of stamping segment operation, gave new colleagues a general plant knowledge class, introduced the basic logic of plant operation, and helped new colleagues to form a knowledge framework and basic understanding of plant operation and management.

In Yancheng plant, Executive Vice President Zeng Hongchun shared with new colleagues the upstream and downstream industrial chain of fasteners, pointing out how the enterprise can realize the transformation from industry follower to leader through technological innovation and management experience output in the fluctuating market.

During the plant visit, the new colleagues took notes carefully and absorbed the knowledge actively. In the "How much do you know about Hongji quiz session opened every day, they actively grabbed the answers and the atmosphere was warm, and their rapid absorption of knowledge made the old Hongji people on the spot greatly pleased.

PART 3

Career Workshop to help transition from student to professional worker

As a previous "Hongyan Sheng", Yang Tingting, the head of Project Section of Taicang Plant, shared her own journey of growing up in Hongji and emphasized the importance of learning and reflecting for the younger siblings.

Mr. Zhao Jing, HR Director of the Group, gave new colleagues a lesson on workplace thinking, sharing the six levels of understanding and encouraging them to have goals and dreams, which is the power of the heart.

Group Director of Organizational Development, Zhu Zifan, shared the methodology of career planning with new colleagues, advising them to seize opportunities that can be deeply embedded at the beginning of their careers and to grasp career anchors.

PART 4

Hongji Integration Workshop, Sense of Corporate Culture

In order to help "Hongyan Sheng" to integrate into the corporate culture, the Organization Development Department integrated team coaching, training, improvisational drama and team development activities into the two-day workshop to enhance the sense of connection with each other, and at the same time, to understand the importance of empathy and communication.

Miss. Zhao Zijuan, General Manager of the General Manager's Office, gave a speech on corporate culture to the new colleagues, sharing the story of the founding of Hongji, the understanding of the vision and the story of the typical values of the company. During the workshop, new colleagues found their own connection with Hongji's vision and values through self-exploration, and gradually integrated into the corporate culture.

Consensus on team vision and action plan

In order to become a self-growing, cohesive and mutually empowering group, the new colleagues agreed on a team vision belonging to the class of 2024 "Hongyan Sheng": to be a first-class team with a global vision by concentrating their efforts and striving for excellence. Around this vision, the new colleagues brainstormed and discussed a concrete action plan to empower each other and advance together in the following rotation stage.

In order to become a self-growing, cohesive and mutually empowering group, the new colleagues agreed on a team vision belonging to the class of 2024 "Hongyan Sheng": to be a first-class team with a global vision by concentrating their efforts and striving for excellence. Around this vision, the new colleagues brainstormed and discussed a concrete action plan to empower each other and advance together in the following rotation stage.
